"there is a sickness here..." is the latest EP offering from 4-piece Buffalo screamo project Sostre! (named after NYC activist Martin Sostre) now available on cassette.

Sostre! has been on the rise along with the recent wave of screamo/emoviolence projects coming out of NY/NJ. When you're in the same atmosphere that has bred bands like OLTH or Cash Only Tony's you have to be loud, passionate, and original in order to stand out in such a incredibly talented scene full to the brim with bands exploring a wide array of genres - this is where Sostre! shines with these 4 new tracks showcasing the bands versatile nature to include multiple influences into their music and make their message felt with the emotion behind their lyrics. Its a huge step forward for the group in their sound - building upon everything laid out in their first EP release from last year & it makes us incredibly excited to see where their growth continues.

We couldn't be happier to be putting the phyiscals of these out with long time friends Far From Home Records who will have CDs later on down the road. You can expect to catch Sostre! on the east coast & midwest soon this year with these tapes in hands for your listening pleasure.
