Me + You is a screamo band from Redondo Beach, CA - Originally starting out as a 3-piece from 2022-2024 the band has now grown to 5 strong with the addition of Aiden on saxophone & Kyle on second vocals. Is An Empty Bottle is the early formative material of the band now on tape for the first time ever with these slick red cassettes that are hand stamped. The cassettes are split into 2 cover variants being housed in manila envelopes - Puppies & Kittens cover is /30 & the Faces cover is /45. Alternative artwork was created for this by @jonwadec of Shortstop & the band collaboratively and includes a little history of the band plus a beautiful collage on a 5-panel j-card.

The album is an exciting breed of emotionally dripping raw screamo but pay attention to the 2 bonus tracks at the end because they're the building blocks of something really special that these 5 are creating together. The addition of Aiden & Nick gives heavy reminiscence of what made bands like The Sea, The Sea so special in adding more flexibility to their sound. I can promise by the time they make their next release they'll be a band we'll all be talking about.
